Daniel Hammersley

Business Manager

Responsible for the overall management of the practice and development of new services.

Daniel is always happy to receive feedback on the services we offer and how they may be developed. 

 
Hayley Casey

Practice Manager

Hayley joined the Practice in 2014 as Deputy Manager and supports Daniel in the overall running of the practice. Hayley’s main role lies within HR and ensures the day-to-day running of the busy administrative team.

Hayley has worked in general practice for over 8 years and enjoys the diversity of her role here at Cripps Health Centre.

She takes an interest in Social Care, obtaining a BA (Hons) Social Work degree in 2010.

  
Julie Daw

Reception Manager

In charge of reception staff and the smooth running of reception duties, including:

  • appointment system
  • repeat prescriptions
  • registering patients
  • charges and payment for non-NHS items

Reception staff can often provide advice as to which practitioner may be the best person to consult for a certain medical problem

  
 
Annette Simons

Computer Manager

Annette is responsible for the everyday function of the practice computer system. She oversees the practice's increasing need to interface with other service providers via the internet.

Annette also plays a key role in ensuring that every patient with a chronic disease is guided towards the services they require

 

Anthony O'Brien

IT Services Manager

Anthony joined the practice in 2014. He maintains the practice IT systems. Providing support to the practice staff and updating the practice website.

 

   

 

Sue Belton RGN (F)
Lead Nurse

Sue joined the health centre in 2013 as the Senior Nurse Manager. Prior to this role, she was the manager of a busy walk in centre.

Sue is a non medical prescriber and has worked as both a practice nurse and an autonomous nurse practitioner. She is responsible for the development and management of the nursing services within the practice
