Here at Cripps Health Centre we aim to provide a happy friendly medical practice. We know that life is not perfect and we know sometimes we fail in our hopes. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service we want to know.
We have an in-house complaints procedure. If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about the services we offer then please contact the Practice Manager. You will normally be offered a meeting to discuss the matter within 7 days. You are entitled to bring along a friend or relative to this meeting
Please note that we have to respect patient confidentiality, therefore if you are complaining on behalf of another person, their written consent is required.
We will try to deal with your concerns, give you an explanation and discuss any action that may be needed. We hope that you will feel that we have dealt with the matter satisfactorily. However, this does not affect your right to complain to Nottingham City Primary Care Trust, 1 Standard Court, Park Row, Nottingham. Tel. 0115 9123344.
We accept this can feel difficult but assure that we treat complaints fairly and approach them with a view that they improve our service and the relationship with our patients. If you feel a written complaint is not possible then you can use your student Union Welfare Officer as a go-between and they have forms that can be filled in and forwarded to the practice. We also have a feedback and suggestions box on the reception desk. Feel free to use this but if you add your details we will certainly address the issue and report back to.
