Is in charge of reception staff and the smooth running of reception duties, which include the appointment system, repeat prescriptions, registering patients and charges and payment for non-NHS items. Reception staff can often advise you who you might be best to see for a problem, so saving you time and then need to make another appointment, though there is no compulsion to tell them your reason for attendance when booking

Senior Nurse Manager

Chris Tomblin RGN
Has been a Practice Nurse since 1991 in Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire and at this Practice as Senior Nurse since 2000. She is responsible for the development and management of Nursing services in the Practice with a special interest in Womens Health.

Computer Manager

Mrs Annette Simons

Is responsible for the everyday function of the practice computer system. Increasingly the practice has to interface with other service providers via the web and Annette is responsible for this. She also plays a key role in ensuring that every patient with a chronic disease is offered and guided to the services they require.
