Complaints and feedback

Here at Cripps Health Centre we aim to provide a happy and friendly medical practice. However, if we have failed in our aim and you are unhappy happy with any aspect of our service we want to know.

In-house complaints procedure

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about the services we offer then please contact the Practice Manager. You will normally be offered a meeting to discuss the matter within seven days. You are entitled to bring along a friend or relative to this meeting.

Please note that we have to respect patient confidentiality, therefore if you are complaining on behalf of another person, their written consent is required.

We will try to:

  • deal with your concerns
  • give you an explanation
  • discuss any action that may be needed

We hope that you will feel that we have dealt with the matter satisfactorily. However, this does not affect your right to complain to take your complaint further. If you feel this is necessary please contact:

Nottingham City Primary Care Trust
1 Standard Court
Park Row
Nottingham

Telephone: +44 (0)115 912 3344

We accept this can feel difficult but promise to treat all complaints fairly and approach them with a view that they improve our service and the relationship with our patients.

If you feel a written complaint is not possible then you can contact your Student Union Welfare Officer. They have forms that can be filled in and forwarded to the practice. We also have a feedback and suggestions box on the reception desk. If you add your details we will address the issue and report back to you.
