Occupational Therapy
Our OT team – Laura and Sally specialise in all things occupation! Or in other words – things that you do that are important to you.
Because of your mental or physical health you might be struggling with every day tasks such as shopping or getting to lectures. You might be finding you are having difficulty getting to sleep or socialising with others.
If you feel that your mental health is impacting on your day to day life, chatting to an Occupational Therapist could help.
Feel free to speak to reception who will let us know you are after an appointment.
Social Prescribing
Sometimes it can be helpful to have a bit more time with someone, to help understand what really matters to you. Introducing our Social Prescriber – Annabel.
Annabel will help you to take control of your health and wellbeing. She is skilled at listening and understanding that life can sometimes get complicated. Annabel will help connect you to activities, groups and services in the community. She is at hand to help you navigate practical support and systems.
Feel free to book an appointment via your NHS app or contact reception for more information.
